ICAPS 2025 Workshop Proposals Open

ICAPS 2025 is now accepting workshop proposals for its conference in Melbourne, Australia, from November 9-14, 2025. Proposals should focus on fostering discussion and collaboration in planning and scheduling.

The 35th International Conference on Automated Planning and Scheduling (ICAPS 2025) is now accepting workshop proposals. Scheduled for November 9 – 14, 2025, in Melbourne, Australia, ICAPS 2025 invites researchers to submit proposals for workshops that foster discussion and collaboration on new planning and scheduling challenges.

Workshops will be held on November 10-11, 2025, and are free for ICAPS participants. Proposals should not exceed 3 pages and must include sections on the workshop topic, relevance to ICAPS, format, diversity, and organization. Innovative formats that encourage interaction are highly encouraged.

  • Proposal submission deadline: 10 March 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: 31 March 2025
  • Call for Papers and website materials: 15 April 2025
  • List of accepted papers: 21 July 2025
