ICMI 2025: Call for Demonstrations and Exhibits

ICMI 2025 invites submissions for demonstrations and exhibits on interactive multimodal interfaces. Deadline for submissions is 13th July 2025.

The 27th ACM International Conference on Multimodal Interaction (ICMI 2025) invites submissions for demonstrations and exhibits to be held in Canberra, Australia, from 13-17 October 2025. The event aims to showcase innovative implementations and technologies related to interactive multimodal interfaces.

Submissions can be of two types: demonstrations or exhibits. Demonstrations require a 3-page description in PDF format, following the ACM conference format, and a video of the proposed demo (max 200MB). Exhibits require a 2-page outline and a similar video submission.

• Demonstrations will be included in the main ICMI proceedings.
• Exhibits will not be published in the proceedings but will be part of the conference.

Important dates:

• Submission deadline: 13th July 2025
• Notification of acceptance: 25th July 2025
• Final paper submission: 1st August 2025
