ISWC-LLMs4OL 2024 Challenge: A Call for Participation
The International Semantic Web Conference (ISWC 2024) is hosting the ISWC-LLMs4OL 2024 Challenge, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) for Ontology Learning (OL). This challenge is built upon the LLMs4OL paradigm, introduced in a research paper published in the ISWC 2023 main conference proceedings. The goal is to engage the community in validating and expanding the use of LLMs in OL by releasing evaluation datasets publicly.
The challenge consists of two evaluation phases: Few-shot Testing and Zero-shot Testing. Participants will have access to training datasets starting from March 30, 2024, and the test data will be available in two stages. The first stage, for Task A, will be available on June 27, 2024, and the second stage, for Tasks B & C, will be available on July 5, 2024.
Important dates for the challenge include the release of participant papers on July 28, 2024, notification to authors on August 19, 2024, and the camera-ready deadline on August 30, 2024. The ISWC 2024 conference will take place in Baltimore, Maryland, USA, from 11-15 November 2024.
