The Department of Linguistics at University College London is seeking a Lecturer or Associate Professor in Computational Linguistics, starting in September 2025. The department is part of the UCL Division of Psychology and Language Sciences, which is ranked second in the world for psychology and top-ranked in the UK for research power in Psychology, Psychiatry and Neuroscience. The successful candidate will have a PhD in Computational Linguistics or a related area, a clear research program in Computational Linguistics, and an outstanding record of high-quality publications. The role involves conducting computational research, advising masters and doctoral students, and contributing to departmental teaching in Natural Language Processing, Computational Linguistics, and Linguistics.
