Important Dates:

Regular and Special Session Papers submission: December 20, 2024
Poster Papers submission: December 20, 2024
Acceptance Notification: February 25, 2025
Camera Ready: March 25, 2025

Submission Guidelines and Publication:

Two types of paper submissions will be accepted: Regular Papers (5-8 pages) and Poster Papers (3-5 pages). Each accepted poster will be presented in a 5 min. talk in the poster session, and will be included in the final conference proceedings submitted to the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
