Machine Learning for Healthcare Conference 2025: Call for Submissions to Research Track and Clinical Abstracts Track
The Machine Learning for Healthcare Conference (MLHC) is now accepting submissions for its 2025 event, taking place on August 15-16 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. This leading conference brings together researchers in machine learning and clinical fields to share pioneering work and foster new partnerships.
Confirmed sponsors include Mayo Clinic, Abridge, Apple, Genentech, Optum, and AMA, while confirmed speakers feature renowned experts in the field, such as Richard Bonneau, Chris Holmes, and Maya Petersen.
MLHC invites submissions to two tracks: the Research Track and the Clinical Abstracts Track. The Research Track is organized around three main themes: novel methods, experimental design, and benchmark and reproducibility studies. Submissions should be between 10-15 pages, excluding references and appendix.
The Clinical Abstracts Track welcomes submissions of up to 2 pages, primarily led by clinicians. These abstracts will not be archived or indexed but will have the opportunity to be presented as a poster and/or spotlight talk at MLHC.

Deadlines include:
- OpenReview account creation deadline: March 20th, 2025
- Pre-submission intent deadline: April 10th, 2025 (extended)
- Full submission deadline: April 11th, 2025
- Review period: April 11th – May 14th, 2025
- Author Rebuttal period: May 26th – June 9th, 2025
- Reviewer – AC discussion: June 9th – June 23th, 2025
- Paper decision notifications: July 3rd, 2025
- Conference dates: August 15-16th, 2025
