MLP-LLM 2025: Workshop on Medical Language Processing in the Era of Large Language Models

MLP-LLM 2025 Workshop: Exploring the use of Large Language Models in medical contexts, addressing challenges and opportunities in medical language processing.

The MLP-LLM 2025 Workshop is calling for papers to explore advancements, limitations, and ethical considerations of using Large Language Models (LLMs) in medical contexts. The workshop aims to bring together researchers from NLP, medicine, bioNLP, and linguistics.

Key topics of interest include fine-tuning and adapting LLMs for medical applications, addressing biases in medical language understanding, proposing evaluation methods, ensuring transparency and interpretability in medical AI systems, and developing domain-specific benchmarks.

The workshop will feature a keynote speaker, Natalia Grabar, from the Université de Lille. Submissions are accepted in English or French and can be new contributions, state-of-the-art articles, work in progress, or short/translated versions of papers accepted at major conferences.
