MWE 2025 workshop on multiword expressions at NAACL 2025

The 21st Workshop on Multiword Expressions (MWE 2025) will be held on May 3 or 4, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A., as a full-day workshop collocated with NAACL 2025. The workshop is organized, sponsored, and endorsed by SIGLEX, the Special Interest Group on the Lexicon of the ACL.

Key topics of interest include:

• MWE processing to enhance end-user applications
• MWE processing and identification in general and specialized languages
• MWE processing in low-resource languages
• MWE identification and interpretation in LLMs
• New and enhanced representation of MWEs in language resources

Submissions are invited in two formats: archival submissions (long paper format, 8 pages + references, and short paper format, 4 pages + references) and non-archival submissions of abstracts. Please follow the ACL stylesheet for submissions.
