NeurIPS 2024 Workshop: Intrinsically Motivated Open-ended Learning (IMOL)

We are delighted to announce the Intrinsically Motivated Open-ended Learning workshop at NeurIPS 2024. This full-day in-person event aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines to discuss the motivational forces, learning architectures, and developmental and environmental constraints that support the development of open-ended repertoires of skills and knowledge over learners’ lifetimes.

The workshop will take place on December 14 or 15, 2024, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We invite submissions in two categories: 4-page technical contributions and 1-page tiny papers showcasing early research ideas. The submission deadline is September 11, 2024, and acceptance notifications will be sent out on October 14, 2024.
