The TalentCLEF 2025 Shared Task is now open for participation, focusing on advancing Natural Language Processing (NLP) in Human Capital Management (HCM). This initiative aims to create a public benchmark for model evaluation and foster collaboration to develop fair, multilingual, and flexible systems that enhance HR practices.
