The People and Robots Lab (PeRL) at Arizona State University (ASU) is offering Ph.D. student positions in the fields of vision and language, multimodal learning, video understanding, robot learning, and human-robot interaction. Successful applicants will be based in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence (SCAI) and may also be affiliated with the Media and Immersive eXperience (MIX) Center and the Center for Human, Artificial Intelligence, and Robot Teaming (CHART) at ASU.

Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with knowledge and skills in machine learning, computer vision, and robotics. Solid mathematical and programming skills, as well as publications in top venues, are a plus.
