The Cognitive Robot Autonomy and Learning (CoRAL) Lab at Purdue University, led by Prof. Ahmed Qureshi, is seeking multiple Ph.D. students starting Fall 2026.
The focus will be on physics-informed robot learning for planning and control, leveraging PDEs and numerical principles to minimize supervision and trial-and-error.
- Robot manipulation
- Full-body humanoid planning and control
- Deformable object manipulation
- Reactive decision-making in dynamic environments
