The University of Oslo, in collaboration with the research excellence centre Visual Intelligence, is offering a Ph.D. Research Fellowship in Machine Learning. The focus of this position is on machine learning in realistic settings, taking into account statistical and system characteristics such as robustness to limited data and distribution shifts. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Institute of Marine Research and work with valuable image data of the marine environment.
