PhD Position in Amsterdam on Learning Concepts with Theoretical Guarantees

A fully paid 4-year PhD position is available at the University of Amsterdam to improve the interpretability, robustness, and safety of current AI systems using causality and reinforcement learning.
The project is a collaboration between the Amsterdam Machine Learning Lab (AMLab) and the Sequential Decision Making group at TU Delft, and will be part of the Hybrid Intelligence Center.
- Fully paid 4-year PhD position
- Gross monthly salary between €2,901 and €3,707
- 8% holiday pay and 8.3% year-end bonus
Candidates should have an MSc degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
