The University of Copenhagen is offering a PhD position to design theoretically grounded online/reinforcement learning algorithms for carbon and cost aware scheduling of computational jobs. The aim is to reduce CO2 emissions by scheduling computation at times of low carbon intensity of electricity supply. Candidates should have a solid theoretical background and knowledge of online and reinforcement learning. The application deadline is 15th January 2025. Apply
