PhD position in reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning at the University of Edinburgh

The University of Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt University, and Leonardo Ltd are offering a PhD position in reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning. The successful applicant will join a £3.3m partnership aimed at addressing state-of-the-art design and engineering challenges. The project will be supervised by Dr. Stefano V. Albrecht and Dr. Ignacio Carlucho. The offer includes a stipend higher than the standard UK Research Council rate, full coverage of tuition fees, and an allowance for research-related travel. Applicants should have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in robotics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and should not require an ATAS certificate to study in the UK.
