A fully funded 4-year PhD position is available at Utrecht University to investigate the causal effects of communication in multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). This project is a collaboration between the Intelligent Systems Lab and the Amsterdam Machine Learning Lab, and is part of the Hybrid Intelligence Center.

• Key requirements include an MSc degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
• The position offers a gross monthly salary between €2,901 and €3,707, along with 8% holiday pay and 8.3% year-end bonus.
