Postdoc opportunity in Contact-Rich Mobile LocoManipulation at University of Oxford. Focus on learning-based manipulation approaches for articulated mobile robots.
A postdoctoral research associate position is available in the Dynamic Robot Systems – Control (DRS-C) group at the Oxford Robotics Institute. The successful candidate will work on developing learning-based manipulation approaches for articulated mobile robots.
Key areas of focus include:
- Learning-based whole-body motion planning and control
- Legged multi-contact manipulation and locomotion
- Reinforcement learning and optimization
The project involves collaboration with ETH Zurich’s ‘RobotX – Center for Robotics’, with a planned series of joint workshops and visits.
