The Becker Lab is offering four Postdoc and PhD positions to develop AI and machine learning methods for optimizing cell processing in clinical cell therapy. The project is centered in Rostock with opportunities to work in Marburg/Frankfurt.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing novel AI methods for longitudinal multi-modal and multi-omics integration
• Working on single cell analysis, LLMs, and graph and geometric deep learning
