A postdoctoral position is available at Saarland University, Germany, focusing on understanding and applying language models to biomedical domains. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of LLMs, machine learning, and deep learning, as well as programming skills and a PhD in a relevant field.

• Successful experiences working independently and as part of a small team are required.
• The position is 100% of full time on the German E13 scale (TV-L), with a salary of about 4967€ per month before tax and social security contributions.
• The appointment will be for two years with a possible extension.
