Postdoc Position in Deep Generative Models at Cambridge

Join the University of Cambridge’s Machine Learning Group as a Postdoctoral Research Associate/Research Assistant in deep generative models. Application deadline: 3 July 2025.

A Postdoctoral Research Associate/Research Assistant is sought to join the Machine Learning Group at the University of Cambridge’s Department of Engineering, UK, as part of the ‘AI Hub in Generative Models’.

The research will focus on diffusion, energy-based, normalizing flow, or transformer-based models, particularly in the domain of molecules.

• Collaborate with Prof. José Miguel Hernández Lobato and Prof. Mark Girolami.
• Work with members of the Cambridge Machine Learning Group (http://mlg.eng.cam.ac.uk/).
• Engage in collaborations with other ‘AI Hub in Generative Models’ participants and industrial partners.
