Mila is hiring postdoctoral researchers to collaborate on various topics in machine learning, reinforcement learning, and robotics. The positions will be based at Mila, a world-renowned AI hub in Montreal, Canada.

Candidates should have a PhD in AI, machine learning, robotics, or related topics, and a track record of publishing at top international venues.

• Agentic models with LLMs and VLMs
• Vision Language Models or Vision Language Action Models
• Scaling Deep reinforcement learning methods to large models
• Continual learning of large models
• Real-time reinforcement learning
