The UKP Lab at TU Darmstadt is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in AI/ML with a focus on Natural Language Processing. The position is initially for 2 years with a possible extension.

Ideal candidates should have a PhD in NLP, ML, Computer Science, or a related field, and a strong research background.

• Research areas include: Foundations of Large Language Models, AI Safety, LLM security and privacy, Human-AI Collaboration, and AI for Science.
• Opportunities for academic service, such as co-advising students and co-teaching NLP courses.
