Multiple postdoctoral researcher positions are available at The Ohio State University (OSU) and OSU Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC). The positions offer an opportunity to research in an interdisciplinary team with healthcare professionals, computer science/AI experts, and health communication/implementation science experts. The postdoctoral researcher will design and evaluate AI-based systems for clinical decision-making and/or disease management, and publish high-quality papers in top computer science conferences and biomedicine journals. The positions will be a full-time appointment for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal and promotion dependent on research performance and mutual interests.

Qualifications: PhD in related subject areas, familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods in HCI, experience in designing interactive systems with advanced AI/ML technologies, experience in human-centered design and usability testing, a strong publication record in HCI conferences, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
