RSS 2024 Workshop on Semantics for Robotics: From Environment Understanding and Reasoning to Safe Interaction
We are thrilled to announce the RSS 2024 Workshop on Semantics for Robotics, taking place at the Delft University of Technology, Netherlands on July 15, 2024. This workshop aims to bring together researchers in robot learning, perception, mapping, and control to discuss innovative approaches for incorporating semantics into robotic applications. We invite researchers to submit short papers on topics including perception methods, efficient 3D object and environment representations, contextual reasoning, safe motion planning, robot skill acquisition, multi-agent collaboration, and foundation-model-based perception and decision-making methods.
The review process will be single-blind, and accepted papers will be presented as spotlight talks or posters. The suggested length for paper submissions is 2-4 pages, using the RSS paper template. The submission deadline is June 15, 2024, 11:59 pm AoE. For more information, please visit the workshop website or the CMT submission page.
