RSS 2025 Submission Deadline Extension

RSS 2025 submission deadline extended due to LA wildfires, allowing authors to edit their initial submissions until January 31.

Dear Robotics Colleagues, we are writing to inform you of a’soft’ extension of the RSS 2025 submission deadline. The organizing team has been devastated by the LA wildfires and wants to show solidarity with the LA community that will host us this June.

As a result, we have adjusted the submission timeline:

  • Abstract deadline: January 17th, 11:59PM AoE
  • Initial paper deadline: January 24th, 11:59PM AoE (semi-complete pdf, final title and abstract)
  • Final pdf submission deadline: January 31st, 11:59PM AoE
  • Supplementary material submission deadline: January 31st, 11:59PM AoE

Authors can edit their initial submissions until January 31. However, title, abstract, authors’ list, and keywords cannot be changed after January 24.

For any questions or concerns, please reach out to the RSS 2025 Program Chair at lcarlone@mit.edu.

Take care, and best of luck with your RSS submissions!
