Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace at AAAI 2025

The Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace will bring together the research and development community in the job marketplace industry, focusing on data science and machine learning. The workshop will cover a wide range of topics and follow the AAAI 2025 main conference submission & review process. Submissions are due on November 22, 2024, and notifications will be sent out on December 9, 2024. The organizers are Mohammed Korayem from CareerBuilder, Haiyan Luo from ZipRecruiter, and Liangjie Hong from LinkedIn Inc.
The Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace will be held as part of the 39th Annual AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence (AAAI-25). This workshop aims to bring together the research and development community in the job marketplace industry, particularly around data science and machine learning. The goal is to facilitate innovations on theories, models, systems, and practices in this currently scattered community. The workshop will cover a wide range of topics related to job marketplaces, including job search technologies, large-scale and novel targeting technologies, user and job understanding, recommendation systems, budget control and optimization, ranking and scoring systems, marketplace experiments and A/B testing, creative optimization, fraud, fairness, explainability, and privacy, intelligent assistants for job hunting and hiring automation, large-scale and high-performing data infrastructure, deployed systems and battle scars, economics and causal inference in online jobs marketplace, large-scale analytics of user behaviors in online jobs marketplace, large language models for online jobs marketplace, and blockchain in online job marketplace.

The workshop will follow the AAAI 2025 main conference submission & review process. Submissions are limited to a total of five pages, including all content and references, and must be in PDF format, following the AAAI standard. The submission deadline is November 22, 2024, and notifications will be sent out on December 9, 2024. At least one author of each accepted paper must attend the workshop and present the paper.
