Special Issue on ‘Human Linguistic Behaviour in Machine-Generated Environments’ in RR.T&AL Journal

We are excited to announce the Call for Papers for the Special Issue on "Human Linguistic Behaviour in Machine-Generated Environments" in the International Journal "Research Result. Theoretical and Applied Linguistics (RR.T&AL)". This Special Issue is set to be published in December 2024, and in conjunction with it, a Research Paper Competition is being launched to encourage impactful research and transparency in the field of Large Language Model (LLM) research.

The guest editors for this Special Issue are Tatiana A. Litvinova from Voronezh State Pedagogical University & Higher School of Economics, and George K. Mikros from Hamad Bin Khalifa University & University of Massachusetts Boston. The associated editor is Olga A. Mitrofanova from St. Petersburg State University.

Topics of interest for this Special Issue include Large language models and prompt engineering, experimental methods for studying human language behaviour, the influence of individual and technological factors, corpus methods, models, and resources, and the creation of specialized databases for studying human language behaviour in machine-generated environments.

The deadline for title and abstract submission is 05 July 2024, and the manuscript submission deadline is 03 September 2024. For submission guidelines and more details, please visit this link.
