The Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace at AAAI 2025

The Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace will be held as part of the 39th Annual AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence in 2025. The workshop aims to bring together the research and development community in the online job marketplace industry and discuss the unique challenges in this industry and the need for technological innovations.
The Second International Workshop on Computational Jobs Marketplace will be held as part of the 39th Annual AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence in 2025. This workshop aims to bring together the research and development community in the online job marketplace industry, which is projected to reach $43 billion dollars by 2027. With the impact of COVID-19 and the emergence of AI trends, online job marketplaces play a central role in the new wave of digital revolution in workforce and workplaces. The workshop will discuss the unique challenges in this industry and the need for technological innovations in theories, models, systems and practices. We invite papers on various topics related to job marketplaces, including but not limited to job search technologies, large-scale and novel targeting technologies, user and job understanding, recommendation systems, budget control and optimization, ranking and scoring systems, marketplace experiments and A/B testing, creative optimization, fraud, fairness, explainability and privacy, intelligent assistants in job hunting and hiring automation, large-scale and high performing data infrastructure, data analysis and tooling, deployed systems and battle scars, economics and causal inference in online jobs marketplace, large-scale analytics of user behaviors in online jobs marketplace, Large Language Models (LLM) for online jobs marketplace, and Blockchain in online job marketplace.

Submission Details:
– Submissions should be in PDF format and not exceed five pages, including all content and references
– Follow the AAAI standard for formatting and style
