The eighth UCCTS conference is set to take place on the 8-10th of September 2025 in Hildesheim, Germany. The conference aims to bring together researchers in the field of corpus linguistics, translation studies, and NLP. We invite original submissions on various topics within empirical contrastive linguistics and translation studies. Submit your anonymized extended abstracts (in PDF) of 800-1000 words by 10th February 2025. The submissions will be reviewed by at least two members of the scientific committee. The accepted contributions will be presented either as oral talks or as posters.
The UCCTS 2025 conference will feature keynote speakers including Elke Teich, Saarland University in Germany, Dylan Glynn, Université Paris 8, Vincennes – St Denis, and Christian Hardmeier, IT University of Copenhagen.
