VarDial 2025: NLP for Similar Languages, Varieties and Dialects

The Twelfth Workshop on NLP for Similar Languages, Varieties and Dialects (VarDial 2025) will take place on January 19th, 2025, co-located with COLING 2025. VarDial focuses on computational methods and language resources for closely related languages, language varieties, and dialects. The workshop welcomes papers on topics including corpora, tools, adaptation of tools, evaluation, reusability, corpus-driven studies, automatic identification, classification, text similarity, linguistic issues, and machine translation for similar languages and dialects.
