A postdoctoral researcher is sought to contribute to projects related to perspectivist NLP at McMaster University. The ideal candidate will work with Prof. Charles Welch on understanding individual labeling of subjective data.

Key requirements:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics/NLP, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Excellent Python programming skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of neural network models and tools like PyTorch.
• Experience with top-tier publications in NLP/Computational Linguistics.
