Participate in NTCIR-19 ToT Shared Task for open-domain information retrieval
The NTCIR-19 Tip-of-the-Tongue (ToT) Shared Task is now open for participation. ToT known-item retrieval is defined as an item identification task in which the searcher has previously experienced an item but cannot recall a reliable identifier. The shared task will focus on open-domain ToT information needs in multiple languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean).

- Participate in any subset of the languages
- Present your work remotely at the NTCIR conference in Tokyo in December 2026
