SEPLN Award for best doctoral thesis in natural language processing

The Spanish Society for Natural Language Processing announces the 25th Edition of the SEPLN Award for the Best Doctoral Thesis in Natural Language Processing.

The award includes a compact laptop and a 300€ grant to attend the conference. To participate, authors must be SEPLN members and submit their thesis, a 4-page summary, and a brief description of their scientific career.

Submissions will be accepted through the Society’s magazine website (http://journal.sepln.org) in PDF format before May 29th, 2026.

• Eligible theses must have been read during 2025 and written in a Spanish State language or English.
• The jury will evaluate the quality of the presentation, technical and methodological correctness, relevance, originality, and research trajectory.
