ARHAHA 2026: Arabic Humor Generation Shared Task
Participate in ARHAHA 2026, a shared task on Arabic Humor Generation at LREC 2026. Develop systems to generate humorous Arabic content given specific inputs.
The ARHAHA 2026 shared task, co-located with LREC 2026, invites participants to develop systems generating original, safe, and culturally appropriate Arabic humorous content under specific constraints.
The task involves building systems that produce short humorous texts in Arabic given a pair of Arabic words as input. The output should be a short humorous text (maximum 100 characters).
- Automated evaluation for format and constraint validation
- Human evaluation for humor quality, originality, fluency, and cultural appropriateness
