VARIABILITY 2026 invites submissions for its Project Showcase Track, focusing on ongoing or completed research projects in software and systems reuse, product lines, and configuration.

The International Conference on Software and Systems Reuse, Product Lines, and Configuration (VARIABILITY 2026) invites submissions to its Project Showcase Track. This forum is dedicated to presenting ongoing or recently completed research projects, focusing on variability, configuration, customization, and related disciplines in software and systems engineering.

The track aims to encourage interaction, foster collaboration opportunities, and disseminate project insights to the broader community. Submissions should describe ongoing or recently completed research projects within the scope of reuse, product lines, and variable/configurable software systems.

  • Ongoing projects focusing on goals, challenges, methodology, or early findings
  • Recently completed projects summarizing outcomes, evidence, and impact
  • Large-scale, collaborative, or multi-partner efforts
  • Smaller or emerging projects seeking early feedback and exposure

Submissions should be 7-10 pages, excluding references, in LNCS (Springer) format, and submitted via EasyChair. Accepted papers will be published in the VARIABILITY 2026 Companion Proceedings by Springer.

  • Notification of Acceptance: 21 June 2026
  • Camera-Ready Submission: 15 July 2026
