Post-doc position in archive digital valorization at UCLouvain and States Archives of Belgium
A post-doc position in archive digital valorization is available at the Media Innovation and Intelligibility Lab (MiiL) from UCLouvain, Belgium, and the States Archives of Belgium (SAB). The researcher will work on improving the digital valorization of archive collections through long-term tools and recent advances in artificial intelligence.
The main objectives of this research profile are to:
- Research and develop an enhanced access key to digitized content through text and layout recognition, and enriched digital archival representation
- Improve the navigation experience within archive collections through semantic search and conversational interfaces
