CMC2026 conference on computer-mediated communication and social media corpora

The 13th International Conference on CMC and Social Media Corpora for the Humanities (CMC-Corpora 2026) will be held at the University of Oulu, Finland, from 27–28 August 2026. Visit the conference website for more information.

Submissions are invited for short papers (3–5 pages) and poster abstracts (max. 300 words) on topics including:

• Development and annotation of CMC and social media corpora
• Sociolinguistic and discourse analysis of online communication
• Multimodal communication and social media data
• NLP and AI methods for CMC analysis
