AAAC Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award for Affective Computing research
The AAAC Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award recognizes extraordinary research contributions from recently graduated PhD students in Affective Computing. The winner will receive free registration or a refund of fees for AClI 2026, 4 nights’ hotel, and a conference talk.
Eligible dissertations must have been completed between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2025. Candidates must be AAAC members and submit their dissertation in English.
- A published paper representative of the dissertation
- The dissertation
- A statement from the PhD advisor confirming eligibility and addressing why the nominee’s dissertation should receive this award
