Call for Papers: 13th International Conference on CMC and Social Media Corpora

The 13th International Conference on CMC and Social Media Corpora for the Humanities invites submissions on CMC and social media research. The conference will be held on 27–28 August 2026 at the University of Oulu, Finland.

The 13th International Conference on CMC and Social Media Corpora for the Humanities (CMC-Corpora 2026) invites submissions on computer-mediated communication and social media research. The conference will be held on 27–28 August 2026 at the University of Oulu, Finland.

Submissions can be made in two categories:

• Short Papers (Oral Presentations): 3–5 pages, reporting completed or well-advanced research.
• Abstracts (Poster Presentations): up to 300 words, for work-in-progress or early-stage research.

All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Development of CMC Corpora / Social Media Corpora
• Analysis of CMC Corpora / Social Media Communication
• Computational Processing (NLP) of CMC / Social Media Data
