EACL 2026 Call for Student Volunteers

Apply to be a student volunteer at EACL 2026 and gain complimentary conference registration. Application deadline is January 23, 2026.

Join the 19th Conference of the European Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics (EACL 2026) as a student volunteer. We’re seeking dedicated students for in-person and online roles.

As a volunteer, you’ll gain complimentary registration to the main conference, workshops, tutorials, and social events. Tasks include assisting at the registration desk, providing directional support, and AV/technical support.

• Apply by January 23, 2026, with a completed application form and a one-page CV.
• Selected volunteers must commit to a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer work.
• Additional financial support available through Diversity and Inclusion Subsidies.
