EACL 2026 – Call for System Demonstrations

EACL 2026 invites proposals for system demonstrations in natural language processing, with a focus on innovative and production-ready systems.

The EACL 2026 System Demonstration Program Committee invites proposals for the Demonstrations Program. Demonstrations can range from early research prototypes to mature production-ready systems, with a special interest in publicly available open-source or open-access systems.

Areas of interest include all topics related to theoretical and applied natural language processing. Submitted systems may be of various types, including:

  • Natural language processing systems or system components
  • Application systems using language technology components
  • Software tools for natural language processing research
  • Software for demonstration or evaluation
  • Software supporting learning or education
  • Tools for data visualization and annotation
  • Tools for model inspection
  • Development tools

Papers describing accepted demonstrations will be published in a companion volume of the EACL 2026 conference proceedings. Authors are required to present a live demo during a demo session at EACL 2026, with an accompanying poster.

Important Dates:

  • Paper submission deadline: Monday, 1 December 2025
  • Notification of acceptance: Tuesday, 10 February 2026
  • Camera-ready submission: Friday, 20 February 2026
  • Main Conference: Tuesday-Sunday, 24-29 March 2026
