Last Call for Nominations: 2026 IFAAMAS Influential Paper Award
Nominate influential papers in autonomous agents and multiagent systems for the 2026 IFAAMAS Award by December 10, 2025. Eligible papers must have been published before May 2016.
The 25th International Conference on Autonomous Agents and Multiagent Systems (AAMAS 2026) is calling for nominations for the 2026 IFAAMAS Influential Paper Award. The award recognizes publications in the autonomous agents and multiagent systems field that have made influential and long-lasting contributions.
Eligible papers must have been published before May 2016 in a recognized scientific forum. The selection criteria include opening up new research lines, broad impact, inspiring the community, and addressing fundamental issues.
- Opened up new research line(s) within and outside AAMAS
- Broad impact, e.g., started new fields, conferences, or journals
- Broadly inspired the community
- Posed and/or solved a fundamental issue
To nominate a publication, send the full reference and a 200-word statement arguing for its significance to Maria Gini (gini at umn.edu) by December 10, 2025.
