MWE 2026: 22nd Workshop on Multiword Expressions

MWE 2026 workshop calls for papers on Multiword Expressions in NLP. Hybrid event in Rabat, Morocco on March 28, 2026.

The 22nd Workshop on Multiword Expressions (MWE 2026) is calling for papers. It will be held on March 28, 2026, in Rabat, Morocco, as a hybrid event, collocated with the 19th Conference of the European Chapter of the Association for Computational Linguistics (EACL 2026).

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

• Computationally-applicable theoretical work in psycholinguistics and corpus linguistics;
• Annotation and representation in resources such as corpora, treebanks, and e-lexicons;
• Processing in syntactic and semantic frameworks;
• Discovery and identification methods for MWEs;

Two shared tasks will be hosted: PARSEME 2.0 and AdMIRe 2. Submissions are invited in both archival and non-archival formats. For more information and to submit, visit the workshop’s website or the submission page.
