PhD position at University of Copenhagen for designing online/reinforcement learning algorithms to reduce CO2 emissions through carbon-aware computation scheduling.
A PhD position is available at the University of Copenhagen to design online/reinforcement learning algorithms for carbon-aware scheduling of computational jobs. The goal is to reduce CO2 emissions by scheduling computation during times of low carbon intensity.
Candidates should have a solid theoretical background and knowledge of online and reinforcement learning.
