A postdoc position is available at the IT University of Copenhagen for a research project focused on enhancing citizens’ experience in emergency triage using AI technology. The project involves working with one of Europe’s largest real-world healthcare dialogue datasets and exploring novel human-AI alignment approaches.

• Research on large language models for effective communication in medical emergencies.
• Mitigating LLM uncertainty and overconfidence for human-AI alignment.
• Deploying automatic speech recognition models for transcribing emergency calls in Danish.
• Implementing RAG-based LLM solutions for reliable citizen-AI interaction.
