The Annual Conference on Parsimony and Learning (CPAL) is now accepting applications for its Rising Stars Award. This award targets last-year PhD students, post-docs, first-year faculty, and early-career industry researchers pushing boundaries in machine learning and related areas.

- Dedicated poster session for selected awardees
- Career-development panels and 1-on-1 meetings with senior researchers

Eligibility includes full-time grad students in their final year of PhD, post-docs/fellows, first-year tenure-track faculty, or industry researchers within 2 yrs of graduation working on topics aligned with parsimonious/low-dimensional structure.
