The DeTermIt! Workshop at LREC 2026 invites submissions on evaluating text difficulty in multilingual contexts, focusing on the interaction between text simplification, terminology, and LLM/GenAI-based generation.

The workshop aims to bring together researchers and practitioners to discuss theoretical, methodological, and applied aspects of text difficulty.

• Key topics include: cognitive and linguistic models of text complexity, multilingual readability, terminology and conceptual complexity, and LLM/GenAI-based text simplification.
• Submissions are invited on resources, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks for text difficulty and simplification.
• The workshop will be held on one of 11, 12, or 16 May 2026 in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
