A PostDoc position is available in NLP for Bulgarian at the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (IICT-BAS).

The project focuses on ‘Exploring the Triad of Academic Writing, Critical thinking and AI Literacy: Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Undergraduate Thesis Writing (TRAI)’.

• Research areas include NLP for Bulgarian, LLM training, and AI applications.
• Requirements: PhD in NLP, Computational Linguistics, or related fields; excellent Bulgarian language skills; strong programming and LLM-related skills.
• Optional: experience in Digital Humanities and combining SOTA NLP methods with LLMs is advantageous.
